After the organization of the Good Luck Beijing Cheerleading Demonstration Team, selected members entered the intensive and hard rehearsal stage. On July 13, the BOCOG and the State Gymnastics Administrative Center inspected the rehearsal of cheerleaders.

In order to welcome the "Good Luck Beijing" beach volleyball Olympic event to be held in August in the Beijing Chaoyang Park, the Beijing Olympic Sport Demonstration Cheerleading Volunteer Performance Demonstration Team was organized. As the first Olympic cheerleading team, they will participate in the cheerleading performance of a series of Good Luck Beijing events. The beach volleyball event will be the first show of this team.

After one week's hard training, the performance of the three teams has been obviously improved. All the members are in good spirits and everyone is like an arrow to be shot from a bow, ready at all time to contribute their efforts to the Olympics.

The principals in the BOCOG and the State Gymnastics Administrative Center were very satisfied with their performance. They said that three cheerleading teams had their own unique styles and believed that their wonderful cheerleading performance would surely bring the audience a sense of complete newness. BOCOG officials hoped that cheerleaders would continue to exert themselves, show their best to China and the whole world, and set up an example for other participating members.
