Dear Mr. President,

 

We are very pleased to inform you that the "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 International Archery Tournament will be held in Beijing, China from August 20^th to 26^th, 2007. The tournament will be a FITA-recognized international event and will take place in the archery venue for the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.

 

On behalf of the Organizing Committee, we have the great pleasure to cordially invite your team to come to Beijing.

 

If your association intends to send a team to participate in the tournament, please submit the Participation Intention Form, Accreditation Application Form, Sport Entry Form, Hotel Reservation Form and Travel Information Form to the Organizing Committee no later than the deadlines.

 

Enclosed please find the General Information and Competition Schedule, as well the above-mentioned forms, except for the Accreditation Application Form, which will be immediately sent to your federation when we receive your Participation Intention Form.

 

Your kind cooperation will help us to make the tournament successful.
