Please find "Participation Intention Form" enclosed. The MAs which have intention to participate in "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 International Archery Tournament must complete the form and, return it to the Organising Committee for "Good Luck Beijing" 2007 International Archery Tournament by fax or e-mail no later than March 15, 2007.
The Sport Entry Form will be distributed together with Accreditation Application Forms to MAs who have already confirmed their participation by the end of March, 2007. These Forms shall also be available for download from the official website of Good Luck Beijing Sport Events. The Sport Entry Form must reach Organising Committee for Good Luck Beijing 2007 International Archery Tournament no later than July 20, 2007. The returned forms may be sent by mail or fax or e-mail.
